What we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms. When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. The form emails these details to our team.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we receive your email address. Our email provider, Mailchimp, stores it so we can send you updates.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes your IP address.
- Technical and security data. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, automatically record your IP address, browser, the pages you request and the time. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots.
- Embedded content. Some pages show videos or social-media content from other sites, such as YouTube. Those sites may collect data about you when you play or view that content, under their own policies.
We do not sell products or take payments on this website, and we do not collect payment card or bank details here.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services with you.
- To send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and improve its content and performance.
We process this data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies, or for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us: our web host, Cloudflare (security and content delivery), Google (analytics) and Mailchimp (newsletter). Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, normally no longer than 24 months. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept according to our Analytics retention settings.
Cookies
Analytics cookies (for example _ga) help us measure site usage. Security cookies set by Cloudflare are needed for the site to work safely. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.
Your rights
You can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to withdraw your consent, or to nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. To make a request or raise a grievance, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Apps we publish for our clients
Telezer publishes mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play on behalf of client companies. We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
